Narcissus Oolong - Wuyi Rock Tea

Narcissus Oolong, also known as Shuixian, brews into a radiant orange-gold liquor, clear and vibrant, with a fragrance that rises sharp and pure. Famous for its orchid-like aroma, Shuixian offers a flavor that is rich, smooth, and deeply satisfying, with the signature Wuyi “yan yun” (rocky mineral aftertaste) and a refreshing sweetness that lingers long on the palate.

What makes Shuixian remarkable is its ability to age with grace. Over time, its polyphenols soften, reducing bitterness and astringency, while natural sugars and amino acids transform to bring greater sweetness, depth, and body.

Our tea is a 2009 vintage Shuixian—carefully baked and aged for over a decade. The result is a cup that is mellow, refined, and profoundly smooth, offering a rare taste of time itself.
